Once confirmed an event brief will be sent to all participants prior to the event\, with additional event details\, such as meeting\npoints and times. \nWhat to bring: Please bring your companion card\, Opal card\, morning tea\, lunch\, drink\, hat\, and money required for the activity. Additional information will be provided in the event brief prior to each activity\, should there be something specific you need to bring in addition to those listed. \nActivity cost: For each activity there will be an out-of-pocket expense. The out of pocket expenses cover entry fees\, tickets\, lunch in some instances and/or public transport. The cost is an approximate and will be confirmed prior to the activity. \nNDIS cost: The NDIS cost for each experience is subject to change\, and will reflect the ratio of support provided. We will endeavour to ensure the experience is provided at our usual 1:3 to 1:5 ratio of support and associated cost.
