Navigating the NDIS does not need to be difficult, our team will talk you through your plan, taking the time to listen and understand you.

We’ll discover what’s important to you in order for you to get the right supports in place.

Your Believeability support co-ordinator will:

  • Explain the NDIS to you, your plan and the price guide
  • Show you how to use MyGov and the NDIS portal
  • Teach you how to budget and maximise your plan
  • Help you find and choose supports and service providers that fit your needs
  • Collaborate with you to make an action plan to achieve your goals
  • Keep in touch with you and your providers to monitor your progress, making sure you are getting the support you need and are happy with the supports you are receiving
  • Empower you to stay in control and make your own decisions
  • Support you to understand service agreements offered by providers
  • Coach you through any challenges and support you to speak out about your needs
  • Talk to the government on your behalf, including the NDIS and mainstream services
  • Prepare you for you for your upcoming NDIS plan reviews
  • Cheer you on as you achieve your goals

Since joining Believability Grace has become a much more confident, mature and independent young woman. This has developed from the support and encouragement received from Michael and his team of support workers. This is the first group that Grace has enjoyed being a part of, feeling that she belongs and has friends for the first time in her life.

Grace looks forward to attending the Saturday outings every week, as well as having midweek independent living skills support at home. This has helped her develop everyday skills at home, cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning and organising her own room, as well as travel training to catch the local bus. It has been so encouraging seeing the positive changes as Grace’s confidence and independence has continued to develop.
